Mike is a registered Professional Engineer in the Province of Manitoba and has over 13 years of senior level and specialized technical recruiting experience. His engineering background and understanding of the technical aspects of an engineering role has garnered respect from both his clients and candidates because he “speaks their language”.

While placing experienced engineers from a variety of disciplines and sectors has been a focus, his understanding of a clients’ business challenges has helped him place executives, directors, and managers in all areas of a company. This includes finance, business development, information technology, human resources and more.
